Is this actually educational, or is it a joke?

The premise is funny. The books are not.

The humor lives on the grown-up shelf, where a title like The Asian Parent's Guide To The Universe is aimed squarely at the adult who bought it. What the child actually colors is sincere, accurate and checked against the real concept it came from.

The rule we work to is simple: if the only way to make an idea fit on a coloring page is to make it slightly wrong, it does not go in the book. It waits for an older age band.
